  • How does the Smart Consultation differ from the Professional Consultation?

    In the Smart Consultation, we create a digital mood board based on your project images and information, along with suitable colour suggestions for you. The Professional Consultation, on the other hand, provides you with personal attention from an experienced professional who dedicates time specifically to you and your project. The exact process of the consultation and the fee agreement are arranged directly between you as the client and the respective professional.

  • What qualifications do the professionals have?

    Our professional consultants are experienced traders, interior designers, and colour experts with extensive knowledge of home colours and interior design. They are happy to assist you in making the best decisions for you and your spaces.

  • How is contact made after I request a colour consultation?

    Once we receive your request, we will forward it to a suitable expert for your project. They will get in touch with you shortly to discuss the next steps.

  • How can I ensure a high level of certainty when choosing colours?

    To ensure the highest level of certainty that your colour choice meets your expectations, we recommend ordering a 1-litre tin of the desired shade to apply as a sample on the relevant area or on a larger piece of paper/cardboard. This allows you to see the shade at different times of day and under various lighting conditions, giving you a realistic impression of how the room will look. Alternatively, our handmade A6 real samples are also available in the shop.

  • If I need a painting company to carry out the work, do you have any recommendations?

    Yes, we have a wide network of reliable and quality-conscious painting companies. Please send us an email with the postcode/location of your project, and we will provide you with a suitable recommendation.

  • How do I calculate the amount of paint needed?

    With one litre of wall paint, you can cover about 8 square metres of smooth wall surface with a single coat. For rough wall surfaces, the consumption can be 10-20% higher. To achieve the best painting results, we recommend applying a final top coat after the first coat has dried.

  • Can I order individual colour samples?

    Yes. Under each colour in the shop, you can order an A6 real paint sample.

  • Are the paints in stock?

    No, each order is produced individually and based on the order, considering sustainable aspects. The delivery time is usually 3-5 days.
