Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Schweiz, Großbritannien, Spanien, Mallorca, Norwegen.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Bouvetinsel, Kanaren

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Wir berechnen die Versandkosten pauschal mit 6,90 € pro Bestellung.
Deliveries to foreign countries:

Wandfarbe: Wir berechnen die Versandkosten ins Ausland pauschal pro Bestellung:
Spanien (ohne Kanaren), Mallorca: 19,90 €
Schweiz, Großbritannien, Norwegen: 34,90 €

Hinweis: Bei Bestellungen mit Produkten aus verschiedenen Kategorien (z.B. Wandfarbe und Raumduft) werden die Versandkosten der
teuersten Produktkategorie einmalig berechnet. Wenn nur Produkte aus einer Kategorie bestellt werden, gelten ausschließlich die Versandkosten dieser Kategorie.

Raumduft: Wir berechnen die Versandkosten ins Ausland pauschal wie folgt:
Spanien (ohne Kanaren), Mallorca: 9,90 €
Schweiz, Großbritannien, Norwegen: 24,90 €

Keramik: Wir berechnen die Versandkosten ins Ausland pauschal wie folgt:
Spanien (ohne Kanaren), Mallorca: 9,90 €
Schweiz, Großbritannien, Norwegen: 24,90 €

Zollgebühren (CH, GB, N) gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5
- 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made.
The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
